Pricing questions
Why don't you list prices on the website?
Two businesses the same size can need very different amounts of work. One might have two accounts and be fully up to date, another might have six accounts and be a year behind. Pricing your actual books means you only pay for what you need.
How quickly will I get a price?
Usually right after the first call, once we understand your accounts and how much work they need. If we need a little more information, we'll tell you exactly what.
What if the work turns out to be bigger than expected?
We tell you before doing anything extra and agree any change with you in writing. No surprise bills.
Is the monthly fee the same every month?
Yes. Your monthly fee is set in your written plan. If your business grows a lot and the work changes, we'll talk to you before anything changes.
Do accounting firms pay differently?
Firm pricing depends on the number of clients and the type of work. We go through it on the call.
