Monthly bookkeeping questions
When will I get my monthly report?
On a date we agree when you sign up. It depends on when your bank and card statements become available, so we set a date that works every month and stick to it.
What happens if my books are behind when I start?
We start with catch-up bookkeeping to bring past months up to date. Once you're current, monthly bookkeeping keeps you there.
Do you run payroll?
No. You or your payroll provider keep running payroll and filing payroll taxes, the way you do now.
What we do is make sure every payroll run is recorded correctly in QuickBooks and matches what left your bank account.
Do I need to use QuickBooks?
We work in QuickBooks. If you're on something else, tell us on the call and we'll talk through your options.
